The GluerX is a high-tech 'XY Glue Plotter Table' that is also referred to as a 'CNC Gluer' or 'Gluing Table'. It is similar to the GLUING MACHINE in Europe. The GluerX is capable of dispensing hot melt and cold (PVA) glues in any desired shape, pattern, or design with great speed. You can easily adjust the speed from 0.1 to 1.0 m/Sec, with up to 1.8m/sec traversing speed, making it a space-setter for your production!
The GluerX is highly versatile in terms of materials that it can process, including Corrugated, honey board, Cardboard, Paper, Foam, Foil, etc. It can even handle laminated or varnished surfaces. The company is happy to provide advice to help you with your needs.
The machine is equipped with a glue head that features bead application for hot melt and cold glue. It also has a spray application for hot melt, with the optional spray application for cold glue.
