The GluerX, also known as an 'XY Glue Plotter Table', 'CNC Gluer', or 'Gluing Table', is similar to the GLUING MACHINE found in Europe. This machine is capable of rapidly dispensing hot melt and cold (PVA) glues in any shape, pattern, or design.

1. Speed: The machine has a traversing speed of up to 1.8m/sec and speed can be freely adjusted from 0.1 to 1.0 m/Sec to suit your production space.
2. Materials: The GluerX can process various materials such as corrugated, honey board, cardboard, paper, foam, foil, and even laminated or varnished surfaces.
3. Glue head: The machine offers both bead and spray application for hot melt and cold glue and an optional spray application for cold glue.
4. Remote assistance: Quick remote assistance via integrated modem, free of charge even after the guarantee.
5. Working Stations: The machine has 1-4 working stations and is ergonomically designed for better working conditions. It can process up to four different products simultaneously.
6. Programming: The GluerX can easily be programmed via touch screen and computer and accepts DXF, PLT, AI, PDF files.
7. Lifting table: The machine has an integrated hydraulic or electromechanics lifting table that can be centrally divided. Automatic height adjustment guarantees precise glue application, and stack heights of 840mm or 350mm are possible.
8. Sizes: The GluerX comes in sizes of 1300X1800mm, 1700X1800mm, 1700X2500mm, and 2000X3000mm.
9. Operation: The machine can be operated via touch display and is self-explanatory even for unskilled workers. It has 995 memories for automatic retrieval in case of repetitive orders.
10. Flexibility: The MGP gluer allows for almost every geometric shape of glue application. It is freely accessible and can adapt to your workflow. It also has hot melt and cold glue applicator heads for hot/cold gluing in one cycle and can produce on up to four working places simultaneously.
